One of the hottest topics of the moment is the candidate experience. The topic has been around and debated for decades, but its back again at the top of the agenda at the moment and this is partly down to the continued skills shortages across most sectors. The topic is being brought to the fore by a commonly agreed change in tact, away from the prescribed ‘WAR FOR TALENT’ theme that has been banging its drum for the last 4/5 years and is more in line with modern thinking that effective talent attraction is more about nurturing and romancing the individuals that we would like to influence. The purpose of this post is to highlight a live show that I am co hosting on Wednesday 7th June at 1pm, where this is the subject for one hour of entertaining debate with industry experts and established industry professionals that have embraced this topic and driven positive changes into their organisations.
